Important Notice for Congress Attendees
Please be informed that Sunday, 22nd September is Autoloze Zondag (Car-Free Sunday) in Brussels. This event means that most of the city center will be closed to motorized traffic from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Public transport will remain operational, and alternative modes of transportation such as bicycles, scooters, and walking are encouraged.
We recommend planning your travel accordingly to avoid any inconvenience. Please check public transport schedules and consider arriving by alternative means to ensure a smooth journey.

By bus
The airport bus station is on level 0, one floor below the arrivals hall.
De Lijn buses will take you to the region around the airport and to the center of Brussels. A bus leaves every 10 to 20 minutes.
Bus lines 272, 471 take you to Brussels North train station.
Bus line 12 takes you to the European quarter and the center. This bus line offers a connection with the metro to Schuman (lines 1 and 5) and Troon (lines 2 and 6).

Taxi
The main provider of public transportation in Brussels are De Lijn, NMBS and MIVB.

Conference organisers will prepare an invitation letter upon request, but will take no responsibility for obtaining official invitation letters from the Immigration Office.
